Choose from our list of pre-optimized 64-bit Linux® Distributions like Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS and Fedora or Windows® server 2008/2012 to run on our 100% renewable energy powered infrastructure. Then install anything. Compute Qloud works great for blogs, web development and even heavy scientific calculations!
Using our online management app or webservices API, you can easily start one or even hundreds of cloud servers at once and they are instantly accessible with root access through our HTML5 enabled VNC viewer.

The agility that GreenQloud offers makes sure that you only pay for what you use and gives you a predictable cost structure for future needs. Our hourly pricing and consumption based model change the way people use IT. Offerings start as low as $1c per hour – Pricing calculator.
Our public compute cloud automates many of the tedious and difficult to manage tasks of system administrators and is a complete self-service solution to IT. No more server component lead times or suppliers to deal with and no time consuming installations and debugging needed.
Compute Qloud allows you to bring your own SSH keys when creating servers or to use the built-in default private key for your account. The default root/superuser password for a server is stored encrypted in our database and if you bring your own private key only you can decrypt it.
Your account is completely isolated from other accounts in our hardware network switches by giving you your own VLAN, at no extra cost. Additionally our built in Security Groups make it easy to template firewall rules for reuse.

To calculate the carbon footprint of your cloud usage we created a database of the energy source compositions used to generate electricity (coal, gas, hydro etc.) world wide. We then monitor and record the energy used by GreenQloud and calculate the avoided CO2 emissions for each user based on their home of origin and amount of usage.
On our Truly Green™ Dashboard you instantly see your multiple server cpu loads, network traffic and StorageQloud request’s statistics in a visual interactive graph. On one page you have a great view of your cloud usage and we even guesstimate your monthly bill based on that usage.
GreenQloud’s APIs are compatible with the industry standard AWS EC2 (Compute Qloud) and S3 (Storage Qloud) APIs. This makes GreenQloud automatable using numerous third party tools and Software as a Service solutions. The standard AWS API tools work out of the box making GreenQloud a truly green drop-in replacement for AWS.
Already there are 3rd party apps being converted to use GreenQloud to become Truly Green. If you are a software vendor or developer that has a running solution on AWS, sign up right away and contact us through our support system for partnering.
There’s a reason we used a clickable play icon for starting server instances, it’s really that easy to get started. Our online self-service management console was built with ease of use in mind without sacrificing flexibility. Our single page server instance view tells you everything you need to know and all configuration is only a click away.
A feature like our in browser VNC remote control of servers would not be possible without modern HTML5 enabled browsers. We will continue to innovate our online management console to lead the market in public compute cloud usability.
When you are developing a Sofware as a Service or simply running a website that needs to scale fast with your wild success or seasonal based traffic load, you can rely on Compute Qloud to easily and instantly grow with your needs.
In Compute Qloud you get a built in virtual firewall and loadbalancer free of charge thus saving setup costs and the need for dedicated servers for loadbalancing. You can use a few distribution algorithms e.g. round-robin to automatically distribute load between your public and private IP servers.

GreenQloud uses cutting edge technologies for IT management automation and for virtualizing resources. By using modern virtualization on all aspects of our data center from storage to cpu to networking we manage to get every drop of performance out of our servers.
GreenQloud is a big supporter and advocate of Open Source technologies. Compute Qloud is entirely built on open source projects, big and small, and GreenQloud continues to donate code to the free software community. At the core GreenQloud uses the open source KVM hypervisor. Our open source projects can be found on GitHub.
